Located approximately 10 minutes drive south of Dubrovnik, the studios have been recently modernised and now offer extremely comfortable accommodation.

The house is near a store and a bus station where regular buses can take you to Dubrovnik or Cavtat. The accommodation is perfect for families, children and elderly alike end couples. Beaches are only 5-10 minutes walk from the apartments.

Located on the sea front in the most beautiful part of Dubrovnik Riviera and boast stunning views to the islands of Supetar, Bobara, and the bay of Cavtat.

Modern newly built apartments overlooking the sea offers everything you need for a memorable holiday.

The studio apartments are located on the upper level of the main villa with separate entrance, surrounded by hundreds of years old pine forest will offers you the most relaxing atmosphere.

In front of the entrance to apartments is covered terrace, surrounded with forest, with barbecue and table for you to use. Apartment contains a bedroom with twin bed , en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette in the living room with additional bed(sofa)  and balcony(terrace) overlooking the sea.

The open plan kitchen and dining area offer the sea views so you can enjoy the most romantic sunset while cooking your favourite meal or just sipping a cool bottle of wine.

From the quiet, covered balcony you can enjoy in the moments of rest or watching beautiful sunset.

This property is not suitable for wheelchair users. Some apartments are suitable for people experiencing mild mobility problems. Prior to confirming suitable apartment owner has to be informed about it. Walk down the hill from apartments to the beach is short but steep

The apartments provide ideal accommodation for budget conscious couple.
Apartments can be used separately or as one.


DIRECTIONS

Travel
Dubrovnik's Cilipi airport is approximately a ten minute drive from the apartment. Additionally, the border with Montenegro is only twenty five minutes away. Car hire is a distinct advantage, as there is so much to see and do, but not absolutely essential as local buses provide a reliable service in and around the Dubrovnik vicinity.

From the Dubrovnik Airport:
British Airways and Croatian Airlines fly charter flights during the season, from London, Luton, Manchester and Birmingham. There is also a budget airline ClickAir that flights direct from Barcelona.
The apartment is 5-10 minutes drive from the airport. If you book this apartment, we can offer discount rates with our partner rent a car company, you just need to ask!
Airport transfer can be arranged at a special price for our guests.

With car:
If you arrive with the car our apartments are about 10 km south of Dubrovnik near the road to Cavtat and Dubrovnik airport.
Our apartments are on the way from Dubrovnik to Cavtat in the place Soline and address is Soline 35, apartments are located under main road close to the sea coast.

With bus:
From Dubrovnik you can use local bus(Dubrovnik-Cavtat)go every half hour and bus station is cca 50m far from apartments
